PsychoSpiritual Wellness was founded by Dr. Jane Selinske, Ed.D., LCSW, NCPsyA-LP, MT-BC — a Jungian psychoanalyst trained at the C.G. Jung Institute of New York and a Board Certified Music Therapist. Jane's training spans Jungian psychoanalysis, Mandala and Drawing Assessment, Imagery and Music certification, and spiritual counseling, and she currently serves as Retreat Director for the Center for Spirituality and Justice.
That breadth shapes everything offered here: work that draws on certified Jungian frameworks, expressive art, and music-based techniques to open a path toward insight that speaks through image, sound, and symbol as much as through words.
